Renault Samsung has recalled around 400,000 vehicles in South Korea because of loose engine mounts.
According to the country’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, a bolt holding down the engine mount might become loose and cause the engine to shake and make too much of noise. If the bolt breaks, the engine may move out of its place.

The engine is connected to the frame of the car via an engine mount, which is also called a motor mount, Yonhap News Agency reported.
The recall includes 206,871 units of SM5 manufactured between 12 August 2009 and 15 June 2015, and 185,182 units of the SM3 built between 23 April 2009 and 15 June 2015.
Beginning 14 August, vehicle owners can free repair services at any Renault Samsung service centre in South Korea.
