Honda Motor Company (Japan) said Thursday (17/8/00) that it is to release the Acura MDX sports-utility-vehicle (SUV) in North America on October 5, says Jiji Press (17/8/00).
The 2001 model – boasting a 3,500 c.c aluminium V6 engine – will be priced around $35,000 said Honda officials.
The model, to be built at Honda`s Ontario plant, Southern Canada, has been certified as an ultra low emission vehicle in California.
