Truck, bus and construction equipment maker Volvo Group said it had increased both sales and profitability during the second quarter of 2017.
Sales rose 12% year on year to SEK88.4bn (US$10.63bn) while operating income was up 6.1% to SEK8.5bn and operating margin 9.7% from 7.8%.
All business segments improved operating income.
During the quarter, Volvo launched its new VNL long-haul tractor in North America.
