In 2001, Delphi reports that revenue from CV customers was almost $600 million USD ($180 million USD in Europe). By 2005, the company says that commercial vehicle technologies are projected to account for more than $1 billion USD in revenue based on current booked business.

Delphi says recent business wins include electrical/electronic distribution systems and thermal systems for John Deere and Company, emissions control technologies for International Truck and Engine Corporation, advanced diesel injection systems and electrical/electronic distribution systems for Volvo Truck, and a variety of products including thermal systems, electronics and heavy-duty batteries for other manufacturers.
