The Istanbul company, called Tekoto Motorlu Tasitlar Istanbul Sanayi ve Ticaret, has an initial capital of 627 billion Turkish lira ($US388,000/357,000 euros), the Ankara company, named Tekoto Motorlu Tasitlar Ankara Sanayi ve Ticaret, has an initial capital of 322 bln lira ($199,000/183,000 euros) and the Antalya company has an initial capital of 132 bln lira ($82,000/75,000 euros) and will operate under the name of Tekoto Motorlu Tasitlar Antalya Sanayi ve Ticaret.


The companies will set up and operate sales and service units.
