FinnvedenBulten’s Extraordinary General Meeting today (19 August), has decided to change the company name to Bulten and adopt new articles of association.
The name Bulten is held by a subsidiary of the Group which, in conjunction with FinnvedenBulten’s change of name, will become Bulten Fasteners AB.

FinnvedenBulten AB’s shares are currently traded under the ticker FBAB.
Because of the resolution to amend the company’s name the share will, as soon as the new name is registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office, be traded under the ticker Bulten.
