Honda Cars India (HCIL) is considering launching an SUV.
Jnaneswar Sen, senior vice president, sales and marketing, HCIL, told Press Trust of India: “Yes, we are studying it as SUV is a potential and growing segment.”
When asked if the company plans to launch a sub-INR400,000 (US$6,552) car, he said currently Honda does not plan to release a smaller sized or lesser priced car than the Brio.
