Vänersborg District Court has allowed National Electric Vehicle Sweden’s (NEVS) reorganisation to continue until 29 November.

NEVS administrator, Lars Eric Gustafsson, asked the Court to continue the reorganisation, which has so far seen 200 staff at the Trollhattan plant laid off due to lack of work.

“I am pleased with the District Court’s decision,” said NEVS president, Mattias Bergman.

“This gives us time to finalise the ongoing negotiations with the two car [unnamed] manufacturers” said NEVS President Mattias Bergman.

NEVS in Trollhattan was not immediately available for comment.
