Delphi has unveiled third quarter net sales up 3.2% to US$4.14bn, compared with $4.02bn in the corresponding quarter in 2013.
The company’s operating income for the period was up 6.9% to $414m compared with $387m.

Income before taxes and equity income was up 8.1% to US$386m from US$357m. Net income rose 10.9% to US$325m from US$293m.
Net sales for the first nine months of 2014 were up 4.8% to US$12.87bn from US$12.28bn. The company’s operating income for the period was up 7.4% to US$1.36bn from US$1.27bn.
Income before income taxes and equity income was up 10.2% to US$1.25bn from US$1.14bn.
The company’s net income for the period was up 9.4% to US$1.07bn compared with US$980m in same period in 2013.
Delphi is offering full-year 2014 financial guidance of revenue at US$17bn to US$17.3bn and adjusted operating income of US$2bn to US$2.05bn.
