Edmunds.com said models include 2004-2008 RX-8 coupes and 6 sedans.

Mazda is calling the recall a ‘safety improvement campaign’.
It said: “This action will support us to gather additional parts for examination and to promote customer satisfaction and safety.”
The new recall is in addition to the 86,773 vehicles with Takata airbags that are already under recall in high humidity regions of the US.
