Isuzu Motors has said it plans to raise its stake in its joint venture with Russia’s Sollers to 45% from 29% to strengthen its presence in the local commercial vehicle market.
Isuzu said in a statement cited by Reuters it would buy part of Sollers’ 66% stake in the venture.
