Russia’s GAZ Group will start assembling Chevrolet Aveo cars at its Nizhny Novgorod facility under an agreement with General Motors next year.
The company said in a statement all technical equipment had been installed at the plant and that test production had started.
GAZ Group plans to produce 30,000 Aveos a year.
