Renault Samsung Motors has exported the first SM3 compact cars with Renault badging.
The SM3 has been sold since 2006 as the Nissan Sunny and Almera in Russia and the Middle East but this is the first time the line has been sold as a Renault.
The new export deal is for the previous generation SM3, now known in Korea as the SM3 Classic Edition. It will be sold as the Renault Scala in Columbia, Egypt and Mexico.
