Fiat India Automobiles Ltd., a 50/50 joint venture between Fiat and Tata Motors is to sell petrol and diesel engine options.


The brand will be produced at a factory at Ranjangaon, in the western state of Maharashtra, the automaker has said.


According to news reports, the company is to source as much as 85% of car parts fro mlocal suppliers in order to keep prices competitive.
