The assets of collapsed British van maker LDV have been sold to Eco Concept, administrators PricewaterhouseCoopers have revealed.

The sale should be complete within the next four weeks, and then assets of the company are expected to be relocated from their current site in Birmingham, PwC added. The price of the sale was not disclosed.

Eco Concept is a vehicle engineering company founded by automotive consultant Qu Li.

According to The Times, Qu Li worked previously as a consultant for British car maker MG Rover.

LDV went into administration in June after Russian parent company GAZ said all rescue attempts had failed.
