Honda has opened a European training center in Erlensee, Hesse, Germany at a cost of about EUR15m.

“Honda is making a clear commitment to its operations in Germany, even in these difficult times, ” it said in a statement. “Sales associates as well as the service personnel of Honda partners for all product ranges throughout continental Europe will be trained at the new academy.”
The centre will have 14 permanent staff members on its 53,000 sq m premises. Practical training using the entire product range will take place on a 15,000 sq m “dynamic area”. A total of 264 participants per day will be able to undergo training.
