Sales in China rose 114.1% year on year to 11,110 units, Korea sales were up 37.5% to 27,514 and ‘general markets’ rose 37.3% to 22,973 units.
Sales in Europe were up 8.4% to 28,670 while North America volume was up 6.2% to 31,963.
Cumulatively, sales in the first seven months of 2008, increased 16.9% to 839,384 units. China volume was up 2.7% to 90,863 units, Korea up 18.2% to 181,544 units; Europe 12.4% to 216,332 and North America 3.5% to 208,243 units.
The C-segment Cerato/Spectar was the best selling overseas markets model with 124,058 units sold to the end of July.
