Chairman of the Bentley brand, Franz-Josef Paefgen, is expected to add the Bugatti brand to his management portfolio.
According to a dpa-AFX report, Paefgen will replace Thomas Bscher who leaves the company by mutual agreement.
Bscher has headed Bugatti since December 2003 when he was brought in to help solve technical problems with the Veyron ‘supercar’ that cost the company more than a million euros.
Paefgen was head of Audi between 1998 and 2002 and has headed Bentley since then.
