“The new product programme will be introduced at the end of 2008 and one year later the annual turnover is expected to be about 175 million Norwegian crowns ($US28million),” Kongsberg told Reuters.
A significant portion of the product programme will use composite materials substituting brass, whose costs have increased by 130% over the past year, the report added.
