Tenneco Automotive announced (21/12/00) the realignment of its Japanese original equipment business operations by integrating its former international vehicle and emerging market units into a new international group. As part of this reorganization, Hari Nair was named senior vice president and managing director, Tenneco Automotive International, and Jeff Jarrell was appointed vice president, Japanese original equipment business. The reorganization and leadership changes are effective immediately.


“This international structure more closely aligns the needs of our Japanese customers with Tenneco Automotive’s resources and provides more global coordination supported by our new strategic alliances,” said Mark P. Frissora, chairman and CEO, Tenneco Automotive.
