Pearl is already the distributor of MG, Rover and Bentley vehicles for South Africa and Land Rover for sub-Saharan markets.


“The Lotus brand compliments our “Best of British” stable perfectly” said Piet Rademeyer, executive director of Pearl Automotive. “We are very excited to be able to offer these superb sportscars to the South African market.”


Rademeyer said: “Our first allocation of cars are being shipped to us as we speak. These first Elise models will be available from the end of May and pricing will start at R375,000. The Exige model will complete the model line up later this year.”
