Germany’s WET Automotive Systems AG has launched a plant to produce seat heating systems for vehicles in the city of Vynohradiv in Ukraine’s Zakarpatska region, Prime-Tass reported.

WET Automotive Systems plans to invest €11 million in the plant between now and 2008, the company said.
WET Automotive Systems is the world’s leading producer of seat heating systems. The company’s worldwide sales totalled €190 million in 2004.
