Nissan Canada Inc. continued its year- long string of record sales by recording its best June in nearly 10 years. June retail deliveries of 4,051 cars, light trucks and luxury vehicles were 27% higher than in June, 1999 and accounted for Nissan Canada’s best June since 1991.

Nissan has consistently broken monthly sales records for the past 12 months.

“The newly introduced 2001 Sentra compact sedan was our biggest single seller in June – and we’ve got customers lined up waiting for more of them to arrive,” says Nissan Canada spokesman Max Wickens, adding:

“Our second biggest seller was the newly introduced 2001 Pathfinder sport utility vehicle, and here again we’ve got more customers than vehicles….”
