Japan`s second largest car manufacturer Honda confirmed (27/6/00) a plan to tie-up with local automaker DRB-HICOM Bhd and auto assembler Oriental Holdings Bhd.
Although Honda refused comment on details of the venture, it is thought the deal will enable the company to increase revenue from the growing Malaysian automotive market.
