“The loss at Mitsubishi does not jeopardise the €5 billion operating profit target for this year,” a DaimlerChrysler spokesman told the news agency, adding: “We have booked some of the first-half loss in the third quarter, and we will book some more in the fourth quarter, but this will not affect the full year goal.”
