Visteon is to add a listen-only call of its annual stockholders meeting to safeguard the health and well-being of its shareholders, employees, directors and the community from the ongoing public health impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
The annual meeting will be held on 3 June.

Shareholders can still attend in person at Grace Lake Lodge, located on the campus of Visteon's global headquarters and innovation centre in Van Buren Township, Michigan.
