Visteon is to add a listen-only call of its annual stockholders meeting to safeguard the health and well-being of its shareholders, employees, directors and the community from the ongoing public health impact of the coronavirus pandemic. 

The annual meeting will be held on 3 June.

Shareholders can still attend in person at Grace Lake Lodge, located on the campus of Visteon's global headquarters and innovation centre in Van Buren Township, Michigan.

Visteon designs, engineers and manufactures innovative cockpit electronics and connected car solutions for the world's major vehicle manufacturers.

The supplier works in cockpit electronic products including digital instrument clusters, information displays, infotainment, head-up displays, telematics, SmartCore cockpit domain controllers and the DriveCore autonomous driving platform.

Visteon also delivers artificial intelligence-based technologies, connected car, cybersecurity, interior sensing, embedded multimedia and smartphone connectivity software solutions.

Headquartered in Van Buren Township, Michigan, Visteon has around 11,000 employees at more than 40 facilities in 18 countries. Visteon had sales of approximately US$3bn in 2019.
