Visteon Corporation says that it has settled European pricing issues with Ford Motor Company. Under terms of the agreement, which were not disclosed, Visteon agreed to provide Ford with productivity price reductions for 2001 and 2002. It added that these, together with “resolution of other commercial matters”, are in line with Visteon's previously established reserves and would not impact its financial outlook.
