For full year 2002, the company expects net income of $25 to $75 million, excluding special items. The company also expects to generate positive operating cash flow for both Q2 and full year.


Current analyst consensus expectations are approximately $40 million for Q2 and $30 million for full year 2002.


Visteon had previously forecast net income of $20 to $40 million for the Q2 2002 and breakeven to $50 million for the full year.


Visteon earned $60 million in Q2 2001 and $3 million for full year 2001, excluding special items.
