According to Reuters, Coulson had announced his retirement on November 17, 2003, and was to be replaced by George Strickler, who was the CFO of BorgWarner Inc. but Strickler backed out less than two weeks later, and Coulson agreed to stay on as interim CFO until March 31.


The report said Chatterjee joined Visteon in 2003 as senior vice president, strategy and business planning after previously working for McKinsey and Co., where he was director, automotive sector leader.
