Omnova will manufacture the upholstery at CG-Omnova Decorative Products (Shanghai), its joint venture facility in China.


This is Omnova Solutions’ first major contract for the OEM automotive seating market, although the company currently supplies the aftermarket with its BoltaSoft line of upholstery.


Omnova specialises in emulsion polymers, specialty chemicals, decorative and functional surfaces, and single-ply roofing systems.
