On Tuesday, November 21, at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., the United Auto Workers, Ford Motor Company and Visteon Corporation will announce the Family Service and Learning Centers (FSLC) program, a union-management initiative to meet the needs of working families, individuals and retirees. This initiative is the result of the October 1999 Collective Bargaining Agreement. Attending the event will be Ford Motor Company Chairman William Clay Ford Jr., Ford Motor Company President and CEO Jacques A. Nasser, UAW Vice President Ron Gettlefinger, and Visteon Corporation Chairman and CEO Peter J. Pestillo.
