USA: Parts supply problems suspend Toyota Kentucky production
All of Toyota's North American manufacturing plants are running normal production with the exception of Toyota Motor Manufacturing in Kentucky, the company said today (Friday) in a statement. "The suspension at TMMK is due to a delay in parts delivery coming across the Canadian border. Second shift production on Thursday and today's first shift production were called off. TMMK is expected to resume normal operations with [the] second shift this afternoon," the statement said.
