Hyundai Motor has formed a new company in the US designed to provide information technology services for all Hyundai and Kia affiliates in the United States and Canada.
The new company is called Hyundai Information Service North America (HISNA).
“Combining the assets of both Hyundai and Kia into one effective unit will allow us to provide superior IT support and investment advantages for both companies,” said the company’s CEO Rich Hoffman.
Hoffman was director of information technology for Hyundai Motor America and Hyundai Motor Finance Company before his new appointment.
HISNA employs 113 full-time staff.
