Stephen Roell, 55, has been named vice chairman and executive vice president, he was executive VP and CFO. Roell’s responsibilities will be expanded to include the company’s Controls Group.
Bruce McDonald, 45, has replaced Roell as an executive VP and CFO.
John Kennedy, controls group president, and Keith Wandell, automotive group president, were both given the additional titles of executive VP.
