Dana Corporation has appointed Bruce Carver a vice president and chief information officer, responsible for the development, coordination, and advancement of global information systems and technologies.
Carver moves to Dana from global food and beverage company PepsiCo where he was a vice president and division chief information officer for the beverages and foods division.
He was previously at automotive-oriented software systems and services Reynolds and Reynolds, becoming a vice president and chief information officer.
