“When we did the agreement … we said it would be up to 90,000. We only require 50,000,” GM spokeswoman Sherrie Childers-Arb told Reuters.
GM’s five-year agreement to buy Honda 3.5 litre V6 ultra-low emission engines, which satisfy California vehicle emission regulations, and five-speed automatic transmissions for the 2004 Vue goes into effect next summer, Childers-Arb added in the conversation with Reuters.
