Ritter, a 32-year veteran with GM, joined Saatchi & Saatchi to direct Toyota’s North American marketing efforts, Reuters noted.
The news agency said that, until two months ago, Adams was the general marketing manager of the Buick division. Since March, he had been general manager of GM Customer Network, responsible for such customer relationship activities as internet vehicle selling initiatives, direct marketing and various dealer programmes.
GM named Jack Bowen, general director of GM’s credit card operations, as Adams successor, Reuters added.
