BOS GmbH & Co. KG has acquired a worldwide non-exclusive license to manufacture and sell automotive sunshades and sunvisors using Research Frontiers’ suspended particle device (SPD) light-control film technology.
BOS GmbH & Co. KG has acquired a worldwide non-exclusive license to manufacture and sell automotive sunshades and sunvisors using Research Frontiers’ suspended particle device (SPD) light-control film technology.
SPD-Smart sunshades and sunvisors, allow instant control of the amount of light and glare coming into a vehicle by adjusting the light transmission of the SPD film.
Light and glare adjustment can be either automatic (using a photocell or other sensing device) or can be manually controlled by the driver or passengers.
