Before adding the Midwest region, the organisation divided its retailers into three regions — Northern, Southern and Western. The Northern region previously had responsibility for what the Midwest region will now cover and continues to serve the Boston, New Jersey, New York and Washington DC markets.
“The addition of a fourth region demonstrates our commitment to our retailers,” said Aston Martin Jaguar Land Rover North America vice president of retail operations Doug Speck.
“Our organisation is experiencing growth not only in sales, but in the number of Jaguar and Land Rover retailer points. The addition of this region will equip us to service our retailers effectively.”
Key management changes involving this announcement include the appointment of Chris Brown to the new position of Midwest regional manager. He will report to Speck.
