Ford has appointed Ann Marie Petach, currently an assistant treasurer of the company, vice president and treasurer effective November 1. Petach will report to Malcolm Macdonald, who is appointed vice president of finance.

The company also announced the appointment of Peter Daniel as vice president and chief operating officer for Ford’s Asia-Pacific and Africa operations, also effective November 1.


Daniel, currently controller, The Americas, joined Ford in 1971 and has held numerous international positions in finance, including assignments with Ford’s operations in South America and Asia- Pacific.


In his new position, Daniel will have direct day-to-day responsibility for Ford’s activities in the ASEAN, Australia, New Zealand, India and Africa markets and will report to Mark Schulz, president, Asia-Pacific and Africa.
