Dura Automotive Systems on Thursday posted a quarterly net loss, driven by declines in North American light truck production and rising steel costs, Reuters reported.

The news agency said Dura posted a net loss of $US4.8 million, or 26 cents a share, compared with a year-earlier profit of $9.2 million, or 48 cents a share.
