The majority shareholder of the Company will be TruckersB2B.com, Inc.; GE Capital, Hungarocamion and Mr. Jim Cleary will be minority shareholders of the Company. As in the United States, TruckersB2BEurope will focus on providing cost savings on various products and services that are purchased by small to medium sized trucking companies and private fleets.
