Budget Rent a Car Corporation has launched a series of special weekend and weekly rates for consumers who reserve their car rentals early. Consumers who book online at www.budget.com at least three weeks in advance can take advantage of rates as low as $19.99 per day on rentals between August 18, 2002 and September 30, 2002. Budget is offering compact cars for $19.99 per weekend day and premium cars, minivans and standard SUVs for $249.99 per week nationwide.
