BMW has produced its 100,000th X5 sports activity vehicle with the Siena Red X5, with beige Montana leather and wood trim, rolling off the Spartanburg, South Carolina assembly line yesterday. It will be shipped to a BMW dealership in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The first X5 was built on September 1, 1999 and the 50,000th in January, 2001.
