AltaVista Software, a division of AltaVista Company, a majority-owned operating company of CMGI, Inc. has announced that its search and retrieval technology has been selected by Covisint to drive content search and retrieval on its automotive industry portal.
Covisint will use the AltaVista Software solution to provide secure categorisation and consolidation across disparate automotive industry data sources. Covisint customers will leverage the AltaVista Software search engine to query resources within the industry portal.
