ZF Industries has opened its third plant near Gainesville, Georgia. The company will manufacture clutches and other powertrain components for mid-size and heavy trucks at the facility.
Franz-Josef Armbruster, head of the commercial vehicle powertrain modules unit at ZF, told Atlanta Business Chronicle: “This new facility is a strong indicator of ZF’s ever-expanding presence in the US market and serves as a cornerstone to our business unit’s future growth.”
