Federal-Mogul will shift 140 employees from its Southfield, Ann Arbor and Cleveland sites to Plymouth Township as it plans to expand the Plymouth Township technical centre.
Construction starts soon and the centre will grow from 88,000 sq ft to 120,000 at a cost of US$9m, Crain’s Detroit Business reported.

A Federal-Mogul spokeswoman stressed the company was not moving all workers to Plymouth. Only some workers at Ann Arbor and Southfield would be moved to Plymouth Township in the first quarter of 2016 while most employees at Cleveland would be offered jobs at the expanded centre.
