Trelleborg says it has finalised the acquisition of assets and businesses from the US-based, privately-owned Uretek Archer LLC Group, comprising Uretek LLC and Archer Rubber Company.
Uretek and Archer develop and manufacture urethane-coated fabrics and rubber-coated fabrics respectively.
