Migo, an integrated search engine for on-demand rides across multiple services, has launched its free new service in Seattle and Portland following a three month beta test period with over 200 Seattle and Portland-based users. Migo says it is the first app available in the US that allows users to search, compare and hail multiple types of personal transportation, such as Lyft, Car2Go, Seattle Yellow Cab and more, without having to jump from one app to another.
The Migo app displays real-time data for price estimates and wait/walk time – and makes it possible to search, hail and book a ride, all from within the Migo app.

In-app payment is available for many partners today and will expand in the future, Migo says.
The new service is launching first in Seattle and Portland on the iPhone, and is expanding to additional markets and to Android. Migo says that Seattle and Portland are key launch cities for Migo because of their role in the White House Smart Cities Initiative, which was launched in 2015 to help deliver smart city solutions, including eco-friendly transportation options that best leverage the cities' resources and infrastructure.
